Raphael Baccus is the Founder of The Maxout Group Consulting, a full service restaurant consulting firm. Has spent the last 30 years working and consulting in restaurants and other guest service businesses.  Throughout his career, Raphael has opened over 7 restaurants.  

Raphael spent 7 years at Cecil Steakhouse & Minton's Playhouse where he finished his tour of duty as Chief Restaurant Officer overseeing 3 concepts and 97+ employees.
